Prior to admission the candidate must provide the vocation director with the following information:
1. Baptismal Certificate
2. Confirmation Certificate
3. Parents' Marriage Certificate
4. Academic transcripts of previous studies
5. Results of physical examination and statement of good health (including HIV test)
6. Identification of medical insurance (if possessed)
7. Record of military service (if pertinent)
8. Evidence of citizenship or permanent resident status
9. Letters of recommendation from local pastor and two other persons familiar with the candidate's aptitude for religious life
