Tagaste participates in
New York Archdiocese
Bicentennial Celebration

“Rockland’s Catholic heritage” is the title of one of a series of events celebrating the bicentennial of the Archdiocese of New York. The Historical Society of Rockland County will be displaying a variety of historical and artistic items at its New City headquarters from March 11-June 17, 2007. These items are drawn from the many parishes, monasteries, convents, and other Catholic ministries in Rockland County. Tagaste Monastery is happy to be participating in this event and will be loaning a number of items representative of the history and ministry of the Augustinian Recollects in Rockland County.
